Loon Juice – Honeycrisp A medium body, sweet red apple taste. Pitchfork Hard Lemonade - A light American ale made with about 20% flaked maize. This beer has a pleasant malt profile with a small amount of earth tone hop character from the locally grown whole cone Willamette hops from Stone Hill Hop Farms. Exit 4 Cream Ale - A light American ale made with about 20% flaked maize. Rahr pale ale malt as a base and a blend of specialty grains build a smooth caramel flavor, finished with local Stone Hill whole cone cascade hops. Third Stall Pale Ale - American style Pale Ale with a nice balance of malt and hops. Little to no hop aroma is detectable the nose is dominated by malty notes of bread, nuts, and a touch of chocolate. Uncle Sme - This Munich Dunkel (dark lager) is smooth, rich, and complex without being overly heady or heavy. Served in a glass rimmed with Cinnamon and Sugar. Hopped with east Kent Golding Hops, finished with local maple syrup and cinnamon sticks. French Toast Ale - We use Crisp Marris Otter base malt and Bready Specialty grains (Victory, Biscuit, and Aromatic). Chicken Dog Red Lager - American Amber with a strong malt backbone, low bitterness, and sweet finish. We double ferment with a Belgian wheat yeast and a Trappist high gravity strain. Rocket Fuel - Belgian Tripel brewed with honey, orange peel, and Belgian Pilsner malt as the base. North of 8 Pilsner - Brewed in the German style with American Pilsner malt and Willamette whole cone hops. American Gothic IPA - A rich colored IPA brewed with locally grown whole cone Chinook hops sourced from Stone Hill Farm. Light amber color, with a candy sweetness, mild hop bitterness and bready nose. Plowboy Maibock - “Helles Bock” or “Light Bock” is the pale version of a traditional bock. Barn Door Brown Ale - English brown ale made with crisp Marris Otter base grain and East Kent Golding Hops. A velvety mouth feel, roasted coffee flavor, and a chocolate finish. Cast Iron- Dark rich stout brewed with oatmeal.
